Archt. John Ian Lee Fulgar has a ten-year experience in Information and Communication Technology developments and is the current Architect/CEO of Krayno Green Technologies, Inc., an incubatee corporation under the OpenTBI program of DOST-PEZA with the aim of advancing technologies for smart and greener buildings, communities, and environment.
Archt. Fulgar is an active member of the United Architects of the Philippines, an accredited professional of the U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design as LEED AP BD+C, a certified expert on Building Information Modelling (BIM) with two vendor certifications from Autodesk as Professional, and has accomplished the Certification Course in BIM Management with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Academy in Singapore.
